FALSE ADVERTISING

Last week i did a Quotation with Out surance against my current insurer, My premium with my current insurer was lower and Out surance wasn't able to beat my current premium. I there after did a quotation with budget insurance which was lower than my current insurer and out surance.<br> I emailed Out surance in regards to theR400 saving they advertise for as they wasnt able to beat my current premium till to date i have received feedback.<br> i have two quotes with lower premiums against out surance which is way cheaper, Out surance has now gone silent when its time to pay up! <br> Why advertising for a service that they are unable to for fill?
