False advertising

I've been hearing and seeing about Outsurance's promotion of paying R400 in cash if they cannot beat your current car insurance. Well, I decided to give it a try and they couldn't beat it. So I asked about the promotion. The gent then promptly sent me a pin which I should use...only to find out your policy can't be older than 12 months. Why don't you specify that on all the adverts? Besides, if a policy is more than a year old you should be beating it, at least on the value. I'm so disappointed in Outsurance.
