False advertising
They call you as part of their marketing campaign, have you sit on the line with them for 31 minutes, are unable to match or beat your current insurance, but then when you want to claim the R500/R1500 you never get the OTP that is supposedly sent to you to access the link on email. I have been chasing them for almost 2 weeks for this OTP. This is false advertising at its best.
