FALSE ADVERTISING

It all started last year June 2014 after we have done the quote and he was much more expensive then what I've got know. I phoned back in November and they advised we need to do the quote all over again, so I went threw the whole process again & once again the quote was more expensive then what I've got currently! They advised that I can only get the Kalahari voucher after 6 Months, but after doing my homework this was a lie! Then I got a very friendly call from Olga, she told me she will send the link right away and that I must just go and make a good comment about her service on Hellopeter & this is what I've, after that I never received anything, I started asking Olga what is going on & she advised she will let her manager phone me in this regards, 2 weeks went past and never received a phone call, so I started telling Olga that this is all getting frustrated and that I will put a complaint, because of the lies! Then I received a call from her manager, she advised it will take up to 7 to 13 days for me to get the voucher, but have not received anything yet! I asked Olga what is going on & she said it takes 31 days to get it!? THIS IS CALLED FALSE ADVERTISING!!
