False advertising

Hi my name is Sizwe I bought a car in January this year and i was looking for insurance for my car i therefore got three quotes which I took one with Holland insurance whom gave me the best quote then my car release as I was insured by Holland later in the month i heard an advert on my favourite radio station that outsurance will beat any quote or they will pay you R400 if they can't guess what I wanted to put this into test i therefore called outsurance and submitted my insurance details unfortunately they couldn't beat my quote when they were suppose to honour their advert they told me stories and the consultant dealing with my case even told me i can go to the lawyers or media they don't care i am sorry disappointed the way outsurance conduct their business and the lack of customer service is a polling as itstand i bought a house and need insurance but I will not recommend outsurance to anyone they treat customers with no respect or consideration.
