False Advertising

<p>Outsurance advertised with Kaya FM to SMS them to get a quote with them, should they beat the quote, you may proceed to insure with them and should they not beat your current insurance premium they will pay you R400 more over they say that if you have 3 years claim free they will give you additional R400.</p> <p>I got a quote with them and they didn’t beat my current premium :-( , send the necessary document to compare and I'm still waiting for my R400 which I expect on the 12/06/2017 however they kept ignoring me when I asked about the second part of the advertising which is 3 years claims free for R400. They are not responding to my emails in terms of why I'm I not getting this portion.</p> <p> </p> <p>Outsurance - have haven’t claimed in 3 years so when can I expect my additional R400? You're leading people on with your false advertising.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
