false advertisers - sharks

so they couldn't beat my current car insurance quote, and now they are finding ways to not pay out the R400 that they promise they would, unreliable, ************* plain shark company!!! terms state that you can request a new quote every 186 days, in 2013 i requested a quote (ON A DIFF CAR) and they paid the R400, yesterday also they couldnt beat my new car premium and now they refuse to do a payout based on 3 yrs ago on a diff car!! this is Bull!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
