I got a call from OUTsurance offering me a quotation for my vehicle which is insured by onother company. The lady told me I was gonna receive a R409 cash should OUTsurance fail to better my premium,we continued with the quote and it was way higher than my current premium so I declined. The lady told me I was gonna receive a link to claim my R400 (which I want to) bt I never received any email except for an sms with no link???
