I called outsurance for a quote around the 10th of January 2018,Nonki helped but she couldn't beat my premium though they went up,she advised I must get R R400 cash back since she couldnt beat my car insurance premium,was then refferred to the promotion division and was assisted by Desmond Mosinki who send me a link to claim,I submitted my details on saturday the 20th of January 2018.To date I have not received the cash back,I called outsurance on monday the 22 nd for a follow up and a lady said they will get back to me,to this date im still waiting for a call from Desmond Mosinki.
Fir me this is bad service on its own,can i please have my R400 cash back Outsurance
