Hi,

As you advertise you can beat any quote and if not you will pay out R400.00. This is a ****. You could not beat my current premium and when I asked for my pay out fee the Call Centre guy said but I do not qualify because he phoned me and I did not phone Outsurance.

And my current insurance beat your insurance with more than R700.00 a month and as they are also been here for a long time. (SANTAM YOU GO)This is really bad. How can you trust Outsurance if they can't even stay with there own policy.
