False Adverti*****t

I phoned the call centre agent who promised me R400 if my current household insurance could not be beaten. Plain and simple - no conditions attached. I spent 50 minutes on the phone, giving all my details and answering their questions, only to be told at minute 40 that my premium its going to be R1980 whereas am paying R1300 with my current insurance. after that the was no talk of the R400.00 as there advert says if they cant beat your current insurance they will give you R400.00 cash I regard this as false adverti*****t from OUTsurance.
