False advert
Outsurance has false advertising, they said if they can't beat your premium ask for R500. A friend got a quote and they said no. I got a quote and they also said no even though they couldn't match my premium. The closes they could do was double my current amount. For measure I ask my mom to get a quote and she was told she does not qualify for the 500 because she's a penitioners even though she has insurance, so they would cover her but not give her benefits. This actually annoyed so much not because I need the 500 but I refuse to give my business to lying brands. So I guess I'm canceling both my policies today.

03 Apr 2024, 10:02This is not what your agent explained and my policy is older than 30 days so that's wrong, I was told I don't qualify for it. Since the calls are recorded you can go back a listen to my quote and you can see the email I received saying I don't qualify.
I will share the number as requested. I honestly believe your business is ********* and falsly advertises I read the terms and conditions before my request and was told something that is not explained on your terms. If this is the issue I'm having now imagine what I would go through when I actually need to utilize your services. I'm truly upset about this.
