False Ads Maybe?

I got a quotation from Outsurance last week, and they could not beat my current premium, and was not offered the R400 that I keep on hearing about on radio. I have been trying to find out from your site on how this happen, but with no result.<br> <br> Lucky enough, there was a company that managed to beat my current insurer, and with more benefits. <br> <br> Now I would like to know if Outsurance's employees do not offer the amount, or they just do not remind the person about the Ads when they ca not beat the premiums or what, or maybe there's a fine print somewhere.
