False Adevertising
FALSE ADVERTISING I called Outsurance for a quote on Friday morning the 5th October 2018, they could not beat my current insurance premium @ R629, instead quoted me R940 ishh for the same cover. Thus I requested R400 cashback, and they forwarded me an sms with pin, & was told I will receive a email to respond to with my current policy. I've called before cob Friday and again today, but no one can help me. I am now sitting on a call where Thumi or Dumi has been putting me on hold for the past 31mins and counting to get a reply with just sending me the email. This is very pathetic since they advertise this brilliant offer, but when it comes to paying they stall & frustrate you till you give up. Would've taken home insurance with them in future, but not after this experience. Also conveniently cannot provide me with a reference number since for future follow ups.
