False Ad.

On 11 May I responded to their Advert aired on YFm every morning claiming that if they cannot beat your current car insurance, they commit to pay you R500 or R1500 if you've been claim free for over 3 years with current insurer. I sent them an sms and I received a call back within 45mins. I requested a quote and stayed on the call with the sales advisor for close to half an hour,

Unfortunately the agent couldn't match or lower the current premium that I'm paying at the moment. She advised me that I'm eligible to claim for R1500 and then requested for my current policy schedule with my insurer which I sent through the very same day. Since then, I haven't received an link on my emails to complete info required except an SMS with OTP which only came through on the 14th of May after I followed.

I still still have no link till this and I've sent numerous emails following up on this since Friday and the sales advisor I spoke to seems to be too busy to respond to them. I find this Ad to be misleading and very contrary to what is promised by Outsurance. I'm surprised this AD is still aired on Radio.
