Fals advertising

On 24 december 2017 about 20:15 my car broke down on a dangerous road and I called outsurance for assistans. I am a client with them but the car I have driven was not insured by them and they told me that they could have only helped me if I have driven the car which is insured with them. But they advertise that they will help you even if your not a client as advertised on television. The operator said that he can give me a number for an other towing service.
