FALLS ADVERTISMENT

I called the insurance last week requesting a quotation for my items, after that I was promised R400,00 as per the advert. the following day I made a FOLLOW UP call to find out how are they going to give my R400,00<br> <br> I was told I should be patient as they email shall be send to me with all the details of how do I make a CLAIM with regard to R400,00<br> <br> I waited for the whole week nothing came up so I made a call to OUTSURANCE about my R400,00 BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN I told I DON`T QUALIFY FOR R400,OO any more.<br> <br> Can you please assist me to get the R400,00 that promised to me also as per the advert that is all over the media about OUTSURANCE giving you R400,00 if they cannot beat your current premium of insurance.
