Outsurance lies about if they cannot beat your premium . I called outsurance about a week ago they could not beat my premium . I was emailed a link to complete my details which I done upload all docs and nothing happened . I called the call centre again on Monday just to confirm they said that they could not help me and that they will get someone from the relevant department to call me back later that day . 4 days later still nothing . well done outsurance for lying in your adds ( you should say if we cant beat your premium then you should now you insurance is better then ours ) that would be more suitable .
