**** R400 cash back when unable to beat my current insurer

For the second year in a row, Outsurance has contacted me to do a comparative quote for my vehicle. For the second year In a row they have been unable to beat my current insurer. Finally for the second year in the row; Once the agent realized that he could not beat my cover, he proceeded to advise me that he would send me a link to upload my existing policy schedule to obtain my R400 cash back incentive. I have not received a single email from Outsurance. This is now the second year that they have done this. Last year was rectified after I complained. Is that how Outsurance provides it service; by virtue of empty promises and misleading people. You guys contacted me to do the quote. I did not ask for you guys to quote. As a young professional this is not what I expect from such a large service provider. Terrible service and lies.
