**** promotion of R500

I recieved a quote from outsurance and they could not beat the premium I'm paying with my current insurer and as per the promotion they are running it was said that they will pay out R500 into my account in 5 to 10 working days, I followed all the requirements and sent in all the requested documents , I have sent a number of emails to confirm if all is in order and up till today I have not recieved an email response , I had 2 agents cal me from the complaints department promising me that it will be dealt with and was also told that it would be sorted out in a day, well I am fraustrated at the fact they they **** for one , 2ndly they have wasted my time by asking me all the questions and making a fool out of me , I went through all the trouble of taking a number of calls from them , spending my time on those calls explaining the same thing over and over , having to arrange getting the most recent documents from my insurer and sending it to them for no reason, why the hell do they run promotions and make promises if they are not going to keep to it and why keep calling me when they are clearly doing nothing about it, I'm really ****ed of with the service , but when they thought they would have my business i was called within seconds..feel like I have been ****med just so that they could get information about my current insurer through the documents and schedules I had sent to them.
