**** Promotion Marketing Strategies

Few days back I signed up for a life policy with Outsurance, while on that call I decided to do quotation for my vehicle aswel upon receiving the quotation I was shocked that they couldn't beat my current insurers premium but claim through the media "switch and save" (ALL BULL ****), then I realized that Outsurance has this Promotion that is if they can't beat your current insurers premium they will give you R400 so I decided to challenge their Promo, I submitted the relevant documents for me to qualify spoke to an agent and his supervisor and then was transferred to another department and spoke to KG Nakedi . I then tell Mr KG Nakedi that I had changed my decision and want to get the R800 Promotion that entails you not claiming from your past and current insurer, so it be. I managed to get those documents that stipulates no claims to date, I emailed those doc's and since no contact from KG Nakedi, I called up the customer services department yesterday afternoon spoke to an agent and explained him about the matter he then puts me on hold gets back on the call after 3 mins and says unfortunately our agents are currently busy and I would get them to call back, LOL old stinky tricks Outsurance, PURE DELAYING TACTICS, but its fine this matter will be taken up by the relevant ombudsmen department and then published on our local radio station ECR for misleading and using false marketing strategies and it seemd their agents and supervisors are in on this charade, it is a concern for me reason being that I had signed up a Life Policy and if behaviour of this nature is portrayed what will happen if I had to claim for any reason whatsoever, its quite frightening really. I might just cancel this policy because of the lack of transparency and honesty, so all that is advertised on TV is all not real people Well Mr KG Nakedi for the lack of PRINCIPAL YOU GUY'S SUCK at OUTSURANCE you guy's bring the company name to DISREPUTE.
