**** AND DECEIVING ADVERTISING
I received a call on 15th Feb for quote and was promised if they don't beat my quote they will give R500, I was on the call with the consultant for over 1hour,30 mins. Once she realised that she cannot beat the price of my current insurance, then she informed me that she will send sms with link for me to claim R500. When i went to link suddenly i was requested to enter my insurance schedule and claim history letter, which was never discussed with me by consultant. They actually make it impossible for people to claim the R500, so their advertising is actually a lie and deceiving. I will not join outsurance or advice anyone to do so. To date i haven't been able to claim the R500
