Good day,
I have requested an insurance quote and they provided me their best offer amounted to R1518.47pm I later requested a quote from Dial-Direct who offered me the same cover with an amount of R1401.02 which I ended-up choosing. My query is that, Outsurance advertised that 'if they can't beat the price they will pay you an amount of R400 - R800 rands out' , but when I requested this, they gave me stories and referrals to other sections that referred me to other.
Where they lying about this ad?

It was disappointing to see you were not given a clear explanation of why you don't qualify for the promotion.
One of our Ts & Cs are for you to have had insurance on the vehicle for a minimum period of 30 days.
