**** advertising and promotion R500
Beat the quote R500. Total gimmick **** advertising and promotion. Sent a complaint through after my quote from another insurer wasn't even close to being beaten. Outsurance calls to tell me I haven't had insurance last 30 days that is why I don't qualify. But can't beat a quote I sent to them from a reputable insurer. Pathetic and waste of time. If this how your company ethics and governance are corresponded in your organisation customers should stay away. Don't have promotions if you can not upheld your word.
