Fairness is not their Policy

Just about had it with these money suckers. I canceled my premium wit OUTsurance because the changed details on my claim which I did not Authorize. They owe me money because it's paid pro rata. When phoning in they tell me it was paid, then I speak to the consultants one tells me it was paid, and the next tells me it has been held back because of an unpaid premium. How does one not pay a premium when it is taken by Debit order. I have always horned my payments. Now that they have to pay me back, it is an issue. Really not impressed. Will be submitting a claim to The Short Term Insurance Ombudsman. This is pathetic, even if the premiums are a bit cheaper, the service you receive is not worth it...
