Failure to adhere to the R500 cash promotion
I received a call from outsurance on the 18th March 2023 for an insurance qoute with a R500 promotion if they do not beat my current insurance, after spending 1hour 12 minutes and 50s on the call with them dismally failing to beat my current insurance I was promised an Sms and a email link for me to claim my R500, 5 days later I still haven't received any email nor sms. So much for being the best insurance company.
