Failing to deliver on R1500 quote promotion

Recently, I participated in the "Match or Get Paid" promotion offered by Outsurance. However, during the conversation with Outsurance, it became apparent that they were unable to match my current insurer's offerings. I raised this concern and was informed that I would receive a callback. The callback, however, only offered a package that fell short of comprehensive coverage. Thus, Outsurance failed to match the insurance coverage I currently have. Furthermore, I only received details regarding their Essential cover, which isn't comprehensive, with no mention of the R1500. It is worth noting that I have remained claim-free with my current insurer for over three years. Hi OUTsurance, This package, even though it is less than what I currently pay at my insurer, offers less value, it is not a like for like comparison at a reduced rate. ie Not comprehensive cover as advertised.

Please advise on a way forward regarding this in relation to the adverti*****ts
