Fabulous service when I needed it most

<p>I found myself stuck with an electrical fault on my brand new car, at midnight in a not so friendly neigbourhood. I had never had to deal with this kind of problem, so first had to google my outsurance policy number. I phoned the help line and Ronel came to the rescue. Friendly, efficient and very reasuring. She explained everything to me, organized a tow truck, and kept on calling at intervals to make sure the tow truck had arrived, that I felt safe and secure, and to hear if I was still happy. Tonight I found myself happy for the first time in my adult life, for all the years of paying insurance....Outsurance, and especially Ronel, you ROCK!
