Fabulous, personable, rapid, professional service

<p>I'm usually on here furiously complaining about Helkom and all 3 mobile operators in this country so I'm delighted to be writing a fantastic review on here about Outsurance. They deserve it. </p> <p> </p> <p>We crashed our car on a dirt road on the way back from the Cederberg and it was a complete write off. A tow truck arrived within less than an hour and within 12 days of the accident we've received a full payout. Every advisor we spoke to was absolutely fantastic. They called regularly, made the whole process really quick and simple and were professional, friendly and treated us with complete respect which I know isn't always the case with insurance companies, who can assume you're guilty until proven innocent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Special thanks to Henry Nel and Thomas (sorry I don't know your surname) for making this process so painless and efficient. You arer complete legends.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm from the UK and people regularly bad mouth South African service. For Cell C, Vodacom and Telkom, these complaints have been justified but for Outsurance I received world class service, far more efficient and with much less paperwork than back home.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you, 5 stars to you all.</p>
