Hi Kelvin,

Thanks for the response, Tshepo and I spoke, however, the reasoning behind the rejection is still not making sense, it goes back to me saying you can't draw up a conclusion before actually investigating and finding out what happened and even contacting witnesses. but thanks anyway.
