Extremely shady
Requesting to cancel my policy resulted in an uncomfortable hour-long call in which they imp**** that other companies may basically blacklist me if I switch.
This is not how you treat a customer who has stayed with you for 3 years.
They also refuse to provide recordings of your calls.
