Extremely rude feedback

On Saturday I spoke to a lady named Lerato. Who asked me questions in order to quote me on life insurance. She came back to me on Monday only saying that she needs a Drs letter from me in order to quote me. I told her not to worry about it because I will stay with sanlam. Due to sanlams bad service in this past week, I called Outsurance back and asked a gentleman to please organise that a form is sent to me so that my Dr can fill it out for you. After I spoke to this gentleman he then organised that lerato call me back. She was unbelievably rude to me saying that she has already quoted me and told me that the underwriters need a note. I already know this, this is why I am calling you back!! I told Lerato that she is extremely rude and that I want to speak to someone else. She refused and told me that someone from your underwriting company will only phone me back on Monday. This is totally unacceptable. Do you want my business or dont you? I do not want Lerato handling ,y case at all. Please ensure that someone from TOP management calls me. ***
