Extremely Poor Services - Shoprite Money Market Account

Hi there,

My mother has a policy with Outsurance, she received an sms that she has a voucher. She registered for the Shoprite money market account to get the voucher but used my number instead of her number as I am the one paying the monthly installment, and I have sent numerous emails on her behalf to have the number changed they keep asking for pictures after pictures after picture how many times must I send her ID. this is simple just call her and confirm the number change and send her the voucher number, it has been a week for such a simple task, guys you can do better.
