Extremely poor service & discriminatory

I have never felt so much discomfort dealing with an insurance company than I did with Outsurance in the last few months. Firstly I took up a cover with them & all was well until the agent suggested to ask her life department adviser to call me for a quote, not that I needed it because I’m already covered but I gave them a green light to call & do a no obligation quote. After sometime I eventually gave in for a quote which happened & was quoted based on the information I gave them but to my surprise these guys advertise the so-called no medical checks required but it’s actually not true cos I was subjected to one. I really didn’t have a problem cos I did as requested but to my surprise these guys didn’t bother to get back to me for an update I had to be the one calling them to begin with which was terribly unprofessional, moreover after doing such they can back to over 200% more than my current insurer on a similar cover with the same profile which made me believe outsurance is indeed outrageous in their premiums & underwriting. To date as I’m posting this I called them twice for assistance & no one ever bothered to get back to me. Please stay away from outsurance if you’re currently covered with them do yourself a favor & do a comparison quote with other insurance you’ll definitely get be customer service & lower premiums than them.
