Extremely Poor Service

Stay clear from Outsurance, if you are looking for a professional and trustworthy insurance company. The service I have been receiving from them are terrible to say the least. Currently I am a month without my vehicle after being in a accident December 2022 and there has been absolutely no progress on any repairs and neither Outsurance or the authorized repairer can give me a timeline on the repairs of my vehicle. Meanwhile I need to keep on paying my insurance premium every month for a car I cannot even use due to a *********** insurance company and their poor service providers. They just keep giving you the run around and empty promises.
