Extremely *********** and Unproffessional

There's this employee of Outsurance, Simone Rowland, whom has been allocated an incident involving my and my wife's claim due to negligence by their client.

How she's handling the whole claim is like Outsurance is doing us a favor by fixing damage sustained by our vehicle due to negligence by their client.

The same documentation and photos have been requested more than once and still marked as outstanding, delaying the whole process. In a scale of 1 to 10 I'd rate her service and willingness to assist in this matter a -10...it's beyond atrocious.

Instead of driving this to a point where we get assisted, it's like she's doing her utmost best to delay the process. All we simply need is the damage to our car fixed, nothing more/less. If I were to one day start my own company; she's the best candidate on what people I do NOT have to hire...completely unhelpful, poor communication s****s when communicating, lack of communication most times. It is beyond pathetic. In short, my view based on the whole saga, she's a salary *****. She gets paid for doing absolutely NOTHING.

If there's anyone monitoring these comments and willing to assist; here's the ref the call is relating to, claim number: ********** 24

Dear Mr Ngcobo,

Please accept our sincerest apology for the poor service you described. The matter was escalated to our Liability claims manager who has since been in contact. She explained the reason why we need to the proof of ownership along with the letter from your insurer.

Thank you for the documents. She booked your vehicle for an assessment and will try to finalise the claim as soon as possible. If you require any other assistance you are welcome to contact her directly.

Kind regards,

Alet
