Extremely Disappointed and Furious

I joined outsurance car insurance 2yrs back, I moved over to them even if they couldn`t beat my previous insurance and I think the reason for that is because they advertise themselves so well you end up trusting them. Today I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with all the unfair treatment I experience with outsurance. In August my car got involved in an accident the front was damaged and the car not drivable immediately. The first thing outsurance rejected was my car hire which was included in my previous insurance they took over. I escalated the matter to one of the General Managers at Outsurance, Antoinette Baloyi who was going to check the matter and come back to me up until today to a point of no feedback even though I followed up I am still without a car since August. Secondly Outsurance rejected a globe which also got damaged due to the accident, thirdly my car is not drivable immediately after the accident, Outsurance refuses to get my car drivable. I am told they can only cover the panel beating part, the fact that my car is not drivable is not their problem. It is the first time I experience such a treatment, it is actually the worst I ever had with insurance companies. Don`t be fooled by the way they advertise themselves.
