EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE:
"I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from this insurance company, particularly from NOSIPH0 MAPHANGA. Dealing with 3rd party claims seems to be beyond her capabilities.
My experience was marred by unprofessional behavior, including raised voices and a demeanor that suggested personal issues. Furthermore, her lack of knowledge regarding the South African Road Traffic Act was alarming.
Unfortunately, my experience suggests that this insurance company prioritizes saving money over providing fair and just resolutions, even when their client is at fault. This approach can lead to unjust outcomes for third-party claimants."

03 Mar 2025, 10:32 The matter was escalated without resolution, as OUTsurance stated they do not adhere to Section 320(3) of the National Road Traffic Act (No. 93 of 1996), which specifies that vehicles inside a traffic circle have the right of way over those entering. They claim to base their decisions on the K53 driving principles, however, the K53 rules clearly state that "you must always yield to vehicles approaching from the right, even if you were already there." It seems that OUTsurance may prioritize cost-saving over fair claim handling, particularly in third-party claims. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company due to their unprofessional approach and staff.
