Extremely bad service

Outsurance offered building insurance to me shortly after I app**** for a bond. I accepted the quote but after receiving bad service, I subsequently decided to cancel my contract.<br> To date, after almost 2 weeks, Sandile from Outsurance has not sent me the cancellation to prove that the policy has been cancelled.<br> This is pathetic service and it appears to be an attempt to keep me on their books as long as possible.<br> Outsurance is very quick to sign you up (almost immediately), but it takes them extremely long to cancel your contract.<br> Beware of poor service from Outsurance. I regret entertaining their call as it proved to be a bad decision and a complete waste of my time.
