Extremely bad response in case of emergencies.
I tried getting assistance with my car port roof that blew off halfway due to the current storms in Cape Town.
There are still pieces of the roof that is blowing off and I am elderly and unable to remove the disintegrated parts myself.
At the moment its creating damages to neighboring homes because of the roof pieces falling.
I tried getting help to atleast make the roof structure safe before accesors come out but they said I must move my vehicles to a safe place (which I don't have) and should just leave the roof as is because "its one of those things with a roof".
Currently I have to still deal with neighbors threatening to sue me for damages to property and cars.
Further to our private response, our rescue manager has been unsuccessful in her attempts to contact you and has subsequently sent you an email.
We agree that the matter could have been handled better and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
