Extension on Courtesy Car

I requested an extension of a courtesy car due to my car taking longer than a month to repair. The consultant (Eddie De Beer) was very professional, helpful and assisted me on a timely basis. It is comforting to know that Outsurance has qualified staff who tend to clients queries on a timely basis.
