Exploitation of customer

On 13 September 2017 I received a phone call from Thabiso Kgopyane from Outsurance, the purpose of the call was supposedly to verify/confirm my details. I have recently moved so my address has changed, so she changed that on their system. At the end of our conversation she informs me that my premium has now increased with approximately R70 which I was very unhappy about. How can they pretend to call you to verify your details, but in actual fact they use your own information against you. Not even warning the client of the possible implications of information changes, especially if it has financial implications, and this without my consent. Surely consumer protection must play a role here? Her Manager, George Karakizos, then spoke to me afterwards and advised that the actual issue is that my car's "day-time" address has changed, and therefore the premium must be increased. In other words, they automatically assume that I put on more km's on my car, which is incorrect as I don't use my car everyday. In addition to this, my car is even safer when at work as it is parked in a secured ba*****t with license plate recognition, security, etc. George then advised that if I want my premium to go back to what it was, I should change my day time address back to what it was. Is this not *****??? I hope the telephonic conversation was recorded. Furthermore, I've never even claimed (my car has been insured with Outsurance since 2010) and the value decreases every year, yet I must now pay R70 more. I will definitely report this to the Ombudsman as Outsurance is exploiting their customers in an attempt to make more money.
