Expensive insurance quote
I got very disappointed today with OUTsurance. I had been with them since 2013, have had car, contents , life and home insurance. Today I asked a quote for my new vehicle and the premium quoted was unbelievable. When I shop around, I got a very good rate from another insurance which definitely I took. When I asked why so much difference, I was told that they have excellent service so hence they charge more than others but when going through the comments here. It doesn’t seem the service is excellent… disappointing!
