Expensive

Good Morning

I've been with Outsurance for almost 12 years. On Friday I tried to insure a second vehicle with them. The qoute I received was astronomical.

I have to admit that I had a claim recently and I expected my profile to be impacted negativity, but not 50%.

I was always happy with Outsurance up until Friday.

I contacted Santam and received a much cheaper quote from them for basically the same cover. I immediately signed up with Santam. Here's the ripple effect of greed. Today I will cancel my policy with Outsurance.

I was always told that I'm part of the "Outsurance Family" but after Friday's experience my eyes opened.

I'm done with Outsurance.
