Expecting a Widow to have Advanced Driving Skills

I have worked for Outsurance and have always been a avid supporter of the products and services. I think this is why it stings so much. <br> <br> My Mother is a very recent Widowed lady that have not recovered financially to the extend that she could secure her own insurance on her car.<br> <br> On 20 July my mother was traveling east on Braam Pretorius Road in pretoria traveling behind a Bakkie/SUV. Your client was traveling West in Braam Pretorius Road. Your client turned right across Braam Pretorius Road in a northern direction into Albracht Road behind the Bakkie/SUV that had been traveling in front of my mother causing her to crash into your client. <br> <br> After numerous calls by my mother and trying to follow up on the claim that had been lodged at Outsurance she got the answer yesterday that her claim was rejected because she could have avoided the accident. <br> <br> She was put in a situation that requires her to have above average driving skills to avoid a accident by your client. In my mind that means that your client must have been reckless in their driving to have the situation in the first place. <br> <br> Your client immediately apologized and said that she did not see my mother thus taking responsibili
