Expectation Created - No Results! TCF

On 31 October 2014 a man by the name of Chris phoned me from Outsurance and told me that I will qualify for my no claim bonus to the amount of R 3 142.86 which will be paid over on 1 February 2015. The call was made to my cell phone.<br> <br> Afterwards he asked if I can give him any leads for which I will receive R 400 per successful policy that will be written. I told him since I was in the short term insurance business myself that was not possible. He cut the conversation short directly after that.<br> <br> 1 February came and nothing happened. Last week I phoned Outsurance and queried the payment. I spoke with a guy named Andre. He told me that as the policy was placed via FNB with Outsurance the no claim bonus will not apply in my case.<br> <br> This to me is unacceptable as I was contacted out of the blue and an expectation was created that this monies will be paid out to me. <br>
