Exorbitant prices for loyal customers

They used to be the most affordable back in 2015 when i joined them . Unfortunately there prices increase each year while the value of ur car decreases. Got several cheaper quotes elsewhere but they always fail to pay the R500 as advertised. I had both my cars on there n moved one to a different insurance a few months ago. Now got a new quote wanting to move it back n they quoting me R400 more then i paid with them before which was already an exorbitant amount. Would have thought being a loyal customer for 6 years would hold some benefit but it seems its all about the money now
