<p>I was blown away by the friendly and super efficient service I received from Steve Botes from Outsurance. I cannot remember when last I felt so good when talking to a call centre staff member. It is because of Steve that I decided to switch my insurance back to Outsurance. I certainly hope your Management look after you.</p>
