Exellent and professional service

My experience with outsurance was fantastic. the two ladies who assisted me where professional . 1} the first lady who assisted me was Michelle Olifant. } second lady was Sarah Stengel.This last lady assisted me even though it was difficult for her and me as i have a hearing loss problem &wear hearing aids . She was patient helpful and answered me professionally at all times..I would like this review to be sent to there General manager to compliment them for there wonderful manner in which the made my dealings with your company pleasant and easy. Sarah stayed with me on this passed Saturday until nearly three o'clock in the afternoon, even though your company closes at 13.00hours. What a assist to your company she is.This was over the resent long weekend The proof of course will be in the event of a claim hopefully not, what will my experience be. Well done Outsurance ,your business standerd is great,the knowledge of your product MRS Sarah Stengel was exellent as well Mrs MIchelle Olifant.
