Exelent service from Pierre

We had a brake in at our home, called outsurance and they sent Pierre to assess the claim. Within 24 hours after he recieved our paperwork the claim was approved.<br> <br> Pierre kept us up to date the whole time letting us know whats going on. Went out if his way to make us feel comfortable and important as clients.<br> <br> Pierre was very efficient and punctual.<br> <br> With Pierre on the outsurance team, they have very little to worry about. As he sorted out even mistakes made by the call center, even though it was not his responsibility.<br> <br> Just want to thank Pierre for his excellent service. It was a real pleasure dealing with someone who has pride in his work.
